Job Description

Start: 01.09.2026
Duration: 12-24 months
Working hours: 20h/week, up to 37.5h/week during lecture-free period

As a Working Student in Supply Chain Management, you will contribute to a dynamic and international team environment, supporting both short- and long-term supply chain performance objectives. Your role will include active participation in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on supply chain optimization projects for internationally sourced products.
  • Support inventory management processes, including stock level monitoring, demand forecasting, and supplier coordination.
  • Assist in the implementation of supply chain strategies for phasing in/out products and managing supplier transitions.
  • Coordinate with Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) and international business partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze and report on supply chain metrics, including stock snapshots, order trends, and efficiency improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to prevent shortages, reduce slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and improve stock availability in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • You are an enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Open-mindedness, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in English (corporate language).
