Job Description
Become part of our international sales team and help drive innovative products, software, and service solutions together with one of the world's leading premium automotive manufacturers, Mercedes-Benz. In close collaboration with our customer, you will contribute to shaping future mobility solutions and bringing new technologies from ideas to successful implementation.
- During your internship, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in sales, innovation, and project management within a dynamic international environment.
- Your task will include the ownership of selected project management topics including planning, tracking, and execution of activities together with international teams.
- You will contribute to the successful management of our series business by monitoring milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring structured execution.
- Furthermore, you will support our customer and acquisition activities by preparing customer meetings, management presentations, and strategic decision-making materials.
- Finally, you will bring in your own ideas to improve the way we work, with a particular focus on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalization to increase efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Gemini); very good technical understanding; ideally first experience in the automotive sector or in the area of software and services
- Personality and Working Practice: you are highly initiative‑driven and responsible, communicate effectively, think in a solution‑oriented and analytical way, enjoy working in teams, and are flexible
- Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup
- Languages: very good in English and German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV, transcript of records, enrollment certificate, examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
