Qualifications

As a future leader within our stores, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success and bringing our brand vision to life.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent service, styling expertise, product knowledge, and inspiring store presentation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Analyse sales performance and customer insights to identify opportunities and maximise business results.
• Create and maintain visually inspiring store environments that reflect brand identity and commercial priorities.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies, including shop floor presentations, mannequin styling, and window displays.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members while fostering a strong talent pipeline.
• Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to succession planning and career development within the business.
• Ensure operational excellence and maintain high standards across customer service, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless store execution.
• Act as a brand ambassador, championing the values and vision of our Portfolio Brands.
