Within the Procurement Team at Action's international headquarters, you will be empowered to take initiative, develop your expertise, and make a tangible impact on our expansion across multiple countries. AsProcurement Manager Store Equipment & Construction, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the procurement strategy and supplier ecosystem that enable Action's continued international growth. Partnering with senior stakeholders globally, including teams within Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Country Construction, you will ensure the organization has the right suppliers, services, and capabilities in place to support sustainable, scalable expansion. Leveraging your excellent stakeholder management skills, you will identify business needs, align diverse interests, and drive consensus across functions. You will influence key decisions, establish clear governance, and bring structure to complex environments. Most importantly, you will develop innovative, future-ready, and scalable solutions that directly support Action's strategic growth ambitions.
This is your daily action
- Owns and resolves complex, high impact challenges in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Defines and drives Real Estate category strategies aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
- Leads and continuously improves end-to-end sourcing and supplier ecosystems, optimizing value, risk, performance, and scalability
- Holds full accountability for key Real Estate categories, including store construction, contracting, equipment, shopfitting, and utilities
- Drives competitive tender processes and structures commercial models to maximize business value
- Leads high stakes negotiations and manages contract lifecycles, balancing cost, quality, innovation, and compliance
- Elevates supplier performance through structured governance and continuous improvement initiatives
Success in this role means delivering a clear, globally aligned Real Estate strategy and building a high performing, scalable sourcing function. You establish strong supplier partnerships with robust performance frameworks, effectively influence senior stakeholders, and create governance that ensures clarity, control, and alignment across functions and markets.

Our Procurement department consists of around 25 professionals, each with their own area of expertise. Within this department, you will be part of a close-knit team of 4 colleagues. As Action continues to grow rapidly, Procurement is playing an increasingly important and strategic role within the organization.

- Independently lead end-to-end tender processes and negotiations
In addition, you have:
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business)
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
- Experience with contract and supplier management
- Experience managing multi-million spend
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proactive and business-oriented
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a strong plus
