This is not your average Data Analyst job. You’ll lead the intelligence behind our business decisions, combining deep-dive analytics with strategic foresight. From marketing and unit economics to supply chain and customer experience-you’ll be the analytical backbone behind everything that moves HelloPrint forward.

1. Turn data into strategic growth

• Deliver cross-functional insights across marketing, sales, operations, supply, and customer success.

• Identify hidden performance drivers and reveal untapped growth opportunities.

• Build performance frameworks: metrics, models, and benchmarks that help us scale smarter.

• Share the insights no one asked for-but everyone needs.
  
  

2. Elevate commercial performance

• Dive deep into CAC, CLV, margin development, funnel metrics, and unit economics.

• Spot leaks and efficiency gaps across the entire value chain-from first click to last delivery.

• Enable product, assortment, and UX teams with predictive insights.

• Build analytical tools and models that influence product roadmaps and business priorities.
  
  

3. Own our BI infrastructure

• Architect and own HelloPrint’s end-to-end BI stack: dashboards, models, datasets, and schemas.

• Maintain data quality, structure, and usability-enabling self-service insights across teams.

• Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines, warehouse design, and automation.

• Use SQL and dbt to solve tactical issues independently, without needing engineers.

• Drive AI-enabled systems to enhance internal performance and agentic intelligence.
  
  

4. Be a strategic partner to leadership

• Support C-level with data-driven decision-making, scenario modelling, and business reviews.

• Enable long-term planning with accurate forecasting, dashboards and strategic insights.

• Contribute to M&A analysis and investment evaluation.

• Own and lead the Quarterly Business Review process with full analytical backing.
