Your Role

As Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for mentoring and strengthening our Customer Success team in Amsterdam. Your primary focus is retention and expansion within a portfolio of high-value customers.

This is a hands-on mentorship role. You combine strategic oversight with commercial ownership, coaching CSMs while also engaging with key customers yourself. You know how to drive long-term value, manage complex stakeholders, and spot growth opportunities within existing accounts.

This role is not suited for a first-time lead. We are looking for someone who brings seniority, confidence, and commercial steering power.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Mentor a team of two Customer Success Managers

  • Own retention and expansion results across key accounts

  • Act as a commercial sparring partner for your team on renewals, upsell, and expansion

  • Maintain relationships with large customers and high MRR accounts

  • Drive structured customer engagement (onboarding, QBRs, strategic reviews)

  • Translate customer feedback into clear input for Product and Leadership

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle
